How can i make my own loose incense burner?
I have to full bags of the powder and cant use it until I get a burner for it. Is there anyway i can make a home made burner?
so if i use a ash holder then all i have to do is put it in there and just light it on fire and let it burn?

for loose incense you really don’t need a burner a glass ashtray will work or a ceramic plate or saucer, but if you just want to make one take an empty fruit or veggie can fill it with water and freeze it, when it is frozen solid take a large nail and at the top put a hole on either side near the top rim these holes will be for wire to hang your burner,

Then take a smaller nail and hammer some more holes in the can about\t one and a half inch from the bottom of the can you can do this in a pattern that you draw on the can or just randomly these holes are for your smoke to come out, be careful where you sit it when using it gets hot I would sit it in an ash tray. or hang it out of the way and not close to anything flammable or the wall.

What is the difference between fat burner and cardio settings on a cardio machine?

Saturday, January 30th, 2010

The various machines at the gym have a fat burner setting and a cardio setting. What’s the difference? Why is it that the fat burner setting is easier than the cardio? I always thought the harder you work the more fat and calories you burn.

Burning fat is about working out at an easier pace and for a longer amount of time. Cardio strength builds when you push your heart to beat faster and work harder. So the fat burner might feel "easier" but what’s happening is that you’re going longer (hopefully) and therefore your body is resorting to its fat stores instead of its sugar stores for more energy. Keep up the good work!

How to fix one non-functional burner of electric oven range?

Thursday, January 28th, 2010

My roommate didn’t want me to use of the burners on our electric oven range. I suspect he has done something (of course, he is trying to act innocent now) and as a result, only that burner suddenly stopped working. That is, it is not heating up at all when I turn it on. The other three burners work fine. What could he have possibly done and how can I fix it? Answers with a little bit of illustration will greatly help. Thanks much.

Probly he may have pulled it wilecleaning.
